1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Quivara learning experience. Refunds are available under specific circumstances designed to protect both students and our educational commitment.

Full Refund Eligibility

  • Course cancellation by Quivara due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical issues preventing access to course materials for more than 5 consecutive days
  • Medical emergencies with appropriate documentation within first 14 days of enrollment
  • Program withdrawal within 7 days of initial enrollment with less than 10% content accessed

Partial Refund Eligibility

  • Withdrawal between days 8-30 with less than 25% course completion - 50% refund
  • Military deployment or relocation with orders within first 45 days - 75% refund
  • Job loss with unemployment documentation within first 30 days - 40% refund

2 Payment Method Specific Information

Processing times and procedures vary depending on your original payment method. Here's what to expect for each payment type:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically available in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Direct deposits to your account within 7-14 business days depending on your bank
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunds process through your linked payment method using standard timelines above

Important Payment Notes

If your original payment method is no longer available (closed account, expired card), alternative arrangements will be made through direct bank transfer. Additional verification may be required for security purposes.

Certain situations fall outside our refund policy to maintain program integrity and fairness to all students:

  • Course completion beyond 50% regardless of satisfaction level
  • Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after initial enrollment
  • Violation of course terms of service or academic dishonesty

  • Downloaded materials or completed certificates cannot be refunded separately
